A total of 18 semi-detached houses and four terraced houses on Bahnstrasse are being built on the site of the former Villa Sophia in Neuss-Norf on Vellbrüggener Strasse. Here, Striemitzer GmbH is completing the steps for all units on behalf of the project developer, DJS GmbH.
