It has already been 3 months since we held our first company hiking day on the occasion of our 25th company anniversary, so it is time to look back on it.
In spite of all the dubious weather forecasts, St. Peter was absolutely loyal and gracious to us, so that there was no significant rainfall during the almost 21 km and everyone came back to the company premises in a good mood and with dry feet, after our guide Bernd Heinen led us extremely confidently through the surrounding fields and forests and many of us reached places that we had not seen before.
Once there, it was time to "process" the hike properly and replenish the minerals lost despite three refreshment points in various forms
After everyone had regained their strength, everyone was awarded a participant medal as additional recognition.
The rest of the evening was more strenuous than the hike for some, but no less entertaining.
We would therefore like to thank all participants and visitors who accompanied us throughout the day and ultimately made a donation of € 1,105 to Aktion Lichtblicke possible, which could certainly have been a little higher if more than 20 people had not come.
Nevertheless, we had a great day, lots of fun, lots of exercise and hope that you enjoyed it just as much. With this in mind: see you next time.
